s 21 Power to invest trust funds
The Majlis may invest its trust funds in any of the investment authorized by the Trustee Act 1949 [Act 208], or in such manner as the Minister of Finance may approve.

Majlis boleh melaburkan kumpulan wang amanahnya dalam mana-mana pelaburan yang dibenarkan oleh Akta Pemegang Amanah 1949 [Akta 208] atau mengikut apa-apa cara sebagaimana yang diluluskan oleh Menteri Kewangan.
