s 31 Public servants
All members, officers and servants of the Majlis or of any corporation shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the Penal Code [Act 574].

Semua anggota, pegawai dan pekhidmat bagi Majlis atau bagi mana-mana perbadanan hendaklah disifatkan sebagai pekhidmat awam mengikut pengertian Kanun Keseksaan [Akta 574].
