Lembaga Kemajuan Ikan Malaysia Act 1971 s 16

s 16 Offence for obstruction

Any person who obstructs or impedes the Director General, any authorized officer or police officer in the lawful exercise of any of his powers under this Act or under any rule made thereunder shall be guilty of an offence under this Act.

Kesalahan menghalang

Seseorang yang menghalang atau mengadang Ketua Pengarah, mana-mana pegawai diberi kuasa atau pegawai polis pada menjalankan dengan sah mana-mana daripada kuasanya di bawah Akta ini atau di bawah mana-mana kaedah yang dibuat di bawahnya adalah melakukan suatu kesalahan di bawah Akta ini.
