s 25 Public servants
All members, officers and servants of the Lembaga and any authorized officer shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the Penal Code [Act 574].

Semua ahli, pegawai dan pekhidmat Lembaga dan mana-mana pegawai diberi kuasa hendaklah disifatkan sebagai pekhidmat awam mengikut pengertian Kanun Keseksaan [Akta 574].
