Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation Act 1992 s 15
In the discharge of its functions and the exercise of its powers, the Corporation may grant loans for such purposes as are approved by the Minister after consultation with the Minister of Finance, and such loans may be granted subject to such terms and conditions as the Corporation may, with the approval of the Minister, deem fit to impose in particular cases.
Kuasa untuk memberikan pinjaman
Pada melaksanakan fungsinya dan menjalankan kuasanya, Perbadanan boleh memberikan pinjaman bagi apa-apa maksud sebagaimana yang diluluskan oleh Menteri selepas berunding dengan Menteri Kewangan, dan pinjaman sedemikian boleh diberikan tertakluk kepada apa-apa terma dan syarat sebagaimana yang difikirkan oleh Perbadanan, dengan kelulusan Menteri, patut dikenakan dalam hal-hal tertentu.
