s 25 Public servants
All members, officers and servants of the Corporation, while discharging their functions as such members, officers and servants, shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the Penal Code [Act 574].

Pekhidmat awam
Semua anggota, pegawai dan pekhidmat Perbadanan, semasa melaksanakan fungsi mereka sebagai anggota, pegawai dan pekhidmat Perbadanan, hendaklah disifatkan sebagai pekhidmat awam mengikut pengertian Kanun Keseksaan [Akta 574].
