Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation Act 1992 s 31

s 31 Reserve fund

(1) The Corporation shall establish and manage a reserve fund. (2) The payment into and out of the reserve fund shall be determined by the Corporation: Provided that no part of the reserve fund shall be applied otherwise than for purposes of the Corporation.

Kumpulan wang rizab

(1) Perbadanan hendaklah menubuhkan dan menguruskan suatu kumpulan wang rizab. (2) Pembayaran masuk dan keluar daripada kumpulan wang rizab hendaklah ditentukan oleh Perbadanan: Dengan syarat bahawa tiada apa-apa bahagian daripada kumpulan wang rizab boleh digunakan bagi apa-apa maksud melainkan bagi maksud Perbadanan.
