The Minister may from time to time give the Commissioner directions of a general character, and not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as to the exercise of the powers and discretions conferred on the Commissioner by this Act or any rules made thereunder and the Commissioner shall give effect to all such directions.
Kuasa Menteri untuk mengeluarkan arahan
Menteri boleh dari semasa ke semasa memberi Dato Bandar arahan yang bersifat am, dan yang selaras dengan peruntukan-peruntukan Akta ini, tentang penjalanan kuasa dan budi bicara yang diberikan kepada Dato Bandar oleh Akta ini atau mana-mana kaedah yang dibuat di bawahnya dan Dato Bandar hendaklah melaksanakan semua arahan sedemikian.
