(1) Except for sections 4, 6(b) and 7, this Chapter Commenceshall have effect for the year of assessment 1993 and ment of amendments subsequent years of assessment. to the Income (2) Section 4 shall have effect for the year of 1967. assessment 1994 and subsequent years of assessment.
