s 90 General power of Court to give directions and determine questions
Where a trustee applies to the Court for any direction in relation to the performance of the trustee’s functions or to determine any question in relation to the interests of debenture holders, the Court may give any direction and make any declaration or determination in relation to the matter or make any ancilliary or consequential orders that the Court considers appropriate.
