Medical Act 1971 s 39

s 39 Purpose, commencement and duration of this Part

(1) It is declared that this Part is enacted for national purposes. (2) This Part shall cease to be in force if Parliament, by resolution passed by each of the Houses of Parliament and published in the Gazette, provide that this Part shall no longer continue to remain in force.
