Direct Sales and Anti-Pyramid Scheme Act 1993 s 16
(1) Any person who is aggrieved by any decision of the Controller under this Part may appeal to the Minister in the prescribed manner within one month from the date the decision is communicated to such person. (2) The Minister’s decision on an appeal under subsection (1) shall be final.
Rayuan terhadap keputusan Pengawal
(1) Mana-mana orang yang terkilan dengan apa-apa keputusan Pengawal di bawah Bahagian ini boleh merayu kepada Menteri mengikut cara yang ditetapkan dalam masa satu bulan dari tarikh keputusan itu diberitahukan kepada orang itu. (2) Keputusan Menteri atas sesuatu rayuan di bawah subseksyen (1) adalah muktamad.
