s 20 Contents of advertisement in mail order sales

(1) An advertisement by any person for the supply of goods or services by mail order shall contain— (a) the name and licence number of such person; (b) the address of such person, which address shall not be a postal box number; (c) the telephone number of such person; (d) a detailed description of the goods offered or services to be provided; (e) the places and times where a sample of the goods may be inspected; (f) the prices of the goods or services; (g) the cost of delivery, if any, and the manner of delivery, of the goods; and (h) the time when the goods or services could be expected to be delivered or performed. (2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence.

Kandungan iklan dalam jualan pesanan pos

(1) Sesuatu iklan oleh mana-mana orang untuk membekalkan barang-barang atau perkhidmatan melalui pesanan pos hendaklah mengandungi— (a) nama dan nombor lesen orang itu; (b) alamat orang itu, yang tidak boleh merupakan suatu nombor peti surat; (c) nombor telefon orang itu; (d) perihal terperinci barang-barang yang ditawarkan atau perkhidmatan yang hendak diberikan; (e) tempat dan masa suatu sampel barang-barang itu boleh diperiksa; (f) harga barang-barang atau perkhidmatan itu; (g) kos penghantarserahan, jika ada, dan cara penghantarserahan, barang-barang itu; dan (h) masa barang-barang atau perkhidmatan itu dapat dijangkakan akan dihantarserahkan atau dilaksanakan. (2) Mana-mana orang yang melanggar subseksyen (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan.
