Direct Sales and Anti-Pyramid Scheme Act 1993 s 30
(1) An Assistant Controller may arrest without warrant any person whom he has reason to believe has committed an offence against this Act. (2) A ny person arrested under subsection (1) shall thereafter be dealt with as provided by the Criminal Procedure Code [Act 593].
Kuasa untuk menangkap
(1) Seseorang Penolong Pegawai boleh menangkap tanpa waran mana-mana orang yang dia ada sebab untuk percaya telah melakukan suatu kesalahan di bawah Akta ini. (2) Mana-mana orang yang telah ditangkap di bawah subseksyen (1) hendaklah selepas itu diperlakukan sebagaimana yang diperuntukkan melalui Kanun Tatacara Jenayah [Akta 593].
