Direct Sales and Anti-Pyramid Scheme Act 1993 s 33
(1) An Assistant Controller shall have the power to investigate the commission of any offence under this Act or the regulations. (2) An Assistant Controller investigating the commission of an offence under this Act or the regulations may exercise all or any of the powers in relation to police investigation in seizable cases as provided for under the Criminal Procedure Code.
Kuasa penyiasatan
(1) Seseorang Penolong Pengawal mempunyai kuasa untuk menyiasat pelakuan apa-apa kesalahan di bawah Akta ini atau peraturan-peraturan. (2) Seseorang Penolong Pengawal yang menyiasat pelakuan sesuatu kesalahan di bawah Akta ini atau peraturan-peraturan boleh menjalankan segala kuasa atau mana-mana kuasa berhubung dengan penyiasatan polis dalam kes kesalahan boleh tangkap yang diperuntukkan di bawah Kanun Tatacara Jenayah.
