s 34 Prosecution

No prosecution for or in relation to any offence under this Act or the regulations shall be instituted except by or with the written consent of the Public Prosecutor. *NOTE—see subsection 22(2) of Direct Sales (Amendment) Act 2010 [Act A1379].
