s 41 Jurisdiction to try offences
Notwithstanding any written law to the contrary, a Sessions court shall have jurisdiction to try all offences under this Act or the regulations and to impose the full punishment provided therefor.

Bidang kuasa untuk membicarakan kesalahan
Walau apa pun apa-apa undang-undang bertulis yang berlawanan, sesuatu mahkamah Sesyen hendaklah mempunyai bidang kuasa untuk membicarakan semua kesalahan di bawah Akta ini atau peraturan-peraturan dan untuk mengenakan hukuman penuh yang diperuntukkan bagi kesalahan itu.
