Gas Supply Act 1993 s 10
In the case of a conviction involving a fine, the court imposing the fine may, on the application of the officer conducting the prosecution, direct the payment of any part of the fine but not exceeding one half of such fine in such proportion as the court deems fit to the person who gave the information leading to the conviction.

Dalam hal sesuatu sabitan yang melibatkan denda, mahkamah yang mengenakan denda itu boleh, atas permohonan pegawai yang menjalankan pendakwaan, mengarahkan supaya dibayar kepada orang yang memberikan maklumat yang membawa kepada sabitan itu apa-apa bahagian denda itu tetapi tidak melebihi setengah daripada denda itu mengikut apa-apa perkadaran yang difikirkan patut oleh mahkamah itu.
