Gas Supply Act 1993 s 35

s 35 Competent person

Unless otherwise exempted, no work in respect of installing, constructing, maintaining, repairing or operating any gas pipeline or installation or part thereof shall be carried out except by or under the supervision of and certified by a competent person.
