s 42 Exemption

The Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, exempt— (a) any person or class of persons from— (i) being licensed under section 11 of this Act; and/or (ii) the provisions of section 35 of this Act, and may, by similar notification, cancel any exemption so notified.

Pengecualian

Menteri boleh, melalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta, mengecualikan— (a) mana-mana orang atau golongan orang daripada— (i) dilesenkan di bawah seksyen 11 Akta ini; dan/ atau (ii) seksyen 35 Akta ini, dan boleh, melalui pemberitahuan yang serupa, membatalkan mana-mana pengecualian yang diberitahukan sedemikian.
