s 28 Members not to exercise rights till due payment
No member of a co-operative society shall exercise the rights of a member unless and until he has made such payment to the cooperative society in respect of membership or acquired such interest in the co-operative society as may be prescribed by the regulations or by the by-laws of such co-operative society.
