s 32 Contracts with co-operative society of member who is a child
Notwithstanding paragraph 26(b), a child duly admitted as a member of any co-operative society may execute any instrument or give any acquittance necessary to be executed or given under this Act or regulations, and his status as a child shall not be a ground for invalidating or avoiding any contract entered into by him with the cooperative society, whether as principal or as surety, and shall be enforceable at law.
