This Act may be cited as the Care Centres Act 1993 Short title and shall come into force on such date as the Minister and commay, by notification in the Gazelte, appoint; and the mencement Minister may appoint different dates for different parts of Malaysia.

Akta ini bolehlah dinamakan Akta Pusat Jagaan 1993 Tajuk ringkas dan hendaklah mula. berkuatkuasa pada tarikh yang berkuatkuasa. ditetapkan oleh Menteri melalui pemberitahuan dalam *Warta; dan Menteri boleh menetapkan tarikh-tarikh yang berlainan bagi bahagian-bahagian yang berlainan dalam Malaysia.
