(1) The Minister may make regulations to carry out Regulations. the purposes of this Act.
(2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), regulations under this section may provide for all or any of the following matters:
(a) the operation, management, and supervision of registered care centres;
(b) the duties and responsibilities of operators of registered care centres;
(c) the qualifications, experience, appointment, duties, responsibilities, and discipline of persons involved in the operation, management, and supervision of registered care centres;
(d) the health and nutritional care of residents and persons received for care at registered care centres;
(e) the registration of persons employed in registered care centres;
(f) the keeping and maintenance of registers and other records pertaining to registered care centres, and to the residents and persons received for care thereat;
(g) the minimum requirements to be observed by registered care centres ıncluding sanıtary requirements, water supplies, requirements as to equipment, and requirements pertaining to health;
(h) the forms to be used and the information to be furnished for any of the purposes of this Act;
(i) the issuance of certificates, and the issuance of copies of certificates if the original certificates have been lost or destroyed;
(j) the fees to be paid under this Act; and

(1) Menteri boleh membuat peraturan-peraturan Peraturanuntuk melaksanakan maksud-maksud Akta ini. peraturan.
(2) Khususnya dan tanpa menjejaskan keluasan subseksyen (1), peraturan-peraturan di bawah seksyen ini boleh mengadakan peruntukan bagi kesemua atau mana-mana perkara yang berıkut:
(a) pengendalian, pengurusan, dan pengawasan pusat-pusat jagaan berdaftar;
(b) tugas-tugas dan tanggungjawab-tanggungjawab pengendali-pengendali pusat-pusat jagaan berdattar;
(c) kelayakan, pengalaman, perlantikan, tugastugas, tanggungjawab-tanggungjawab, dan tatatertib orang-orang yang terlibat dalam pengendalian, pengurusan, dan pengawasan pusat-pusat jagaan berdaftar;
(d) penjagaan kesihatan dan pemakanan penghunipenghuni dan orang-orang yang diterima untuk jagaan di pusat-pusat jagaan berdaftar;
(e) pendaftaran orang-orang yang diambil kerja dalam pusat-pusat jagaan berdaftar;
(f) penyimpanan dan penyenggaraan daftar-daftar dan rekod-rekod lain berkenaan dengan pusatpusat jagaan berdaftar, dan berkenaan dengan penghuni-penghuninya dan orang-orang yang diterima untuk jagaan di situ;
(g) kehendak-kehendak minimum yang kena dipatuhi oleh pusat-pusat jagaan berdaftar, termasuk kehendak-kehendak sanitari, bekalan air, kehendak-kehendak tentang kelengkapan, dan kehendak-kehendak berkenaan dengan kesihatan;
(h) borang-borang yang kena digunakan dan maklumat yang kena diberi bagi apa-apa maksud Akta ini;
(i) pengeluaran perakuan-perakuan, dan pengeluaran salinan-salinan perakuan jika perakuan-perakuan asal telah hilang atau musnah;
(j) fee-fee yang kena dibayar di bawah Akta ini;
(k) apa-apa perkara yang dikehendakı atau yang boleh ditetapkan di bawah Akta ini.
