s 1 Short title and commencement
(1) This Act may be cited as the Abattoirs (Privatization) Act 1993. (2) This Act shall apply throughout Malaysia.

Tajuk ringkas dan pemakaian
(1) Akta ini bolehlah dinamakan Akta Rumah Penyembelihan (Penswastaan) 1993 dan hendaklah mula berkuat kuasa pada tarikh yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri melalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta. (2) Akta ini hendaklah terpakai bagi seluruh Malaysia.
