Abattoirs (Privatization) Act 1993 s 10
Where the Minister approves a memorandum, with or without any modifications, he shall, as soon as practicable, make the necessary amendments to the rules made pursuant to paragraph 11(2)(f) in respect of the change in the existing charges and fees.
Menteri hendaklah membuat pindaan kepada kaedah-kaedah berkenaan dengan perubahan pada caj dan fi
Jika Menteri meluluskan sesuatu memorandum, dengan atau tanpa apa-apa ubah suaian, dia hendaklah, dengan seberapa segera yang praktik, membuat pindaan yang perlu kepada kaedah yang dibuat menurut perenggan 11(2)(f) berkenaan dengan perubahan pada caj dan fi yang sedia ada.
