Dental Act 1971 s 18

s 18 Certificate of registration

(1) When a person has been registered, the Council shall issue to him a certificate of registration in such form as may be prescribed. (2) In the case of a person registered under section 13 there shall be affixed to such certificate of registration a photograph of the registered person.
