Dental Act 1971 s 22

s 22 Power of Council to make certain endorsement against names in the Register

Where the Council is satisfied that any person whose name appears in the Register is deceased or is no longer practising dentistry in Malaysia it shall make an endorsement accordingly against his name in the Register.
