(1) The successor company shall accept into its Staff. employment on the date to be appointed by the Minister by notification in the Gazette every person who immediately before that date is a member of the staff of the Lembaga and who was given an option by the Lembaga and has opted to serve as an employee of such company.
(2) Every such person who opts under subsection (1) to serve as an employee of the successor company shall be employed by such company on terms and conditions of service not less favourable than the terms and conditions of service to which he was entitled to immediately before the appointed date. (1) Syarikat pengganti hendaklah menyetujuterima untuk mengambil kerja, pada suatu tarikh yang litetapkan oleh Menteri melalui pemberitahuan dalan Varta, tiap-tiap orang yang sebelum sahaja tarikh itı adalah anggota kakitangan Lembaga dan yang telah diberi suatu pilihan oleh Lembaga dan telah memilih untuk berkhidmat sebagai pekeria syarikat itu.
(2) Tiap-tiap orang sedemikian yang memilih di bawah subseksyen (1) untuk berkhidmat sebagai pekerja syarikat pengganti hendaklah diambil kerja oleh syarikat itu atas terma dan syarat perkhidmatan yang tidak kurang baiknya daripada terma dan syarat perkhidmatan yang dia berhak kepadanya sebelum sahaja tarikh ditetapkan.
