s 65 Conflict of laws

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this Act and the provisions of any written law, the provisions of this Act shall prevail and the provisions of such written law shall, to the extent of such conflict or inconsistency, be void. LAWS OF MALAYSIA

Percanggahan undang-undang

Sekiranya apa-apa percanggahan atau ketidakselarasan antara peruntukan Akta ini dan peruntukan mana-mana undang-undang bertulis, peruntukan Akta ini hendaklah terpakai dan peruntukan undang-undang bertulis itu hendaklah, setakat percanggahan atau ketidakselarasan itu, terbatal. UNDANG-UNDANG MALAYSIA
