Mineral Development Act 1994 s 7
(1) A Director shall exercise the functions and duties assigned to the Director General in the geographical locality under his jurisdiction. (2) A Director shall report to the Director General any matter in respect of which any action on the part of the Director General is necessary. (3) A Director shall be vested with the functions and duties of an Assistant Director.
Fungsi dan kewajipan Pengarah
(1) Seseorang Pengarah hendaklah menjalankan fungsi dan kewajipan yang diberikan kepada Ketua Pengarah dalam lokaliti geografi di bawah bidang kuasanya. (2) Seseorang Pengarah hendaklah melaporkan kepada Ketua Pengarah apa-apa perkara yang berkenaan dengannya apa-apa tindakan daripada pihak Ketua Pengarah diperlukan. (3) Seseorang Pengarah hendaklah terletak hak padanya fungsi dan kewajipan seseorang Penolong Pengarah.
