s 3 Laws of Malaysia ACT 529 Execution of documents
All deeds, documents and other instruments requiring the seal of the corporation shall be sealed with the seal of the corporation in the presence of the officer for the time being discharging the duties of the office of Director General of Social Welfare, Malaysia, who shall sign every such deed, document or other instrument to which the corporate seal is affixed, and such signing shall be sufficient evidence that the said seal was duly and properly affixed and that the same is the lawful seal of the corporation.

Segala surat ikatan, dokumen dan surat cara lain yang menghendaki meterai perbadanan hendaklah dimeteraikan dengan meterai perbadanan di hadapan pegawai yang pada masa ini menunaikan kewajipan jawatan Ketua Pengarah Kebajikan Masyarakat, Malaysia, yang hendaklah menandatangani tiap-tiap surat ikatan, dokumen atau surat cara lain yang padanya meterai perbadanan itu dicapkan, dan penandatanganan itu hendaklah menjadi keterangan yang cukup bahawa meterai tersebut telah dicapkan dengan sewajarnya dan sepatutnya dan bahawa meterai itu ialah meterai yang sah bagi perbadanan.
