Director General of Social Welfare (Incorporation) Act 1948 s 4
A notification in the Gazette of the appointment of any person to hold or act in the office of Director General of Social Welfare, Malaysia, shall be conclusive evidence that such person was duly so appointed.
Pemberitahuan menjadi keterangan konklusif pelantikan
Suatu pemberitahuan dalam Warta mengenai pelantikan mana-mana orang untuk memegang atau memangku jawatan Ketua Pengarah Kebajikan Masyarakat, Malaysia, hendaklah menjadi keterangan konklusif bahawa orang itu telah dilantik sedemikian dengan sewajarnya.
