s 126 Jurisdiction of subordinate court

Notwithstanding any other written law, a subordinate court (as defined in Schedule 5) shall have power to try any offence under this Act and on conviction to impose the full penalty therefor. P ART IX EXEMPTIONS, REMISSION AND OTHER RELIEF
