s 149 Annulment of rules and orders laid before the Dewan Rakyat
Where this Act provides for any rule or order to be laid before the Dewan Rakyat, the rule or order shall be laid before the Dewan as soon as may be after it has been made and, if the Dewan at or before the second meeting begun after the rule or order is laid before it resolves that the rule or order or any provision of it be annulled, the rule or order or that provision of it shall cease to have effect, without prejudice to anything previously done thereunder or the making of a new rule or order: Provided that this section shall not apply to an order made under subsection 6(2).
