Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia Act 1995 s 14
(1) The Minister may give to the Board such directions of a general character not inconsistent with this Act relating to the performance of the Board’s functions and the Board shall give effect to all such directions. (2) The Board shall furnish the Minister with such returns, accounts and other information as he may, from time to time, require.
Kuasa Menteri untuk memberikan arahan dan menghendaki maklumat
(1) Menteri boleh memberi Lembaga apa-apa arahan yang bersifat am yang selaras dengan Akta ini yang berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan fungsi Lembaga dan Lembaga hendaklah memberikan kuat kuasa kepada segala arahan sedemikian. (2) Lembaga hendaklah memberi Menteri apa-apa penyata, akaun dan maklumat lain sebagaimana yang dikehendakinya dari semasa ke semasa.
