Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia Act 1995 s 26

s 26 Grants

For the purposes of enabling the Board to carry out its functions under this Act, the Minister may, from time to time, make grantsin-aid to the Board of such sums of money as the Minister may determine out of moneys to be provided by Parliament.

Bagi maksud untuk membolehkan Lembaga menjalankan fungsinya di bawah Akta ini, Menteri boleh, dari semasa ke semasa, memberi bantuan-melalui-pemberian kepada Lembaga sejumlah wang sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Menteri daripada wang yang akan diperuntukkan oleh Parlimen.
