(1) The Board shall consist of the following members:
(a) the Secretary General to the Treasury, who shall be the Chairman;
(b) the Attorney General or his representative;
(c) the Director General of Public Service or his representative;
(d) not more than two other persons representing the Government, who shall be appointed by the Minister; and
(e) not more than two other persons who shall be appointed by the Minister.

(2) The members appointed under paragraph (1)(e) shall be from among persons of standing and experience in financial, commercial, tax or legal matters.
(3) (Deleted by Act A997).
(4) In the event of the Chairman being absent or unable to act due to illness or any other cause, the Minister shall appoint any member of the Board to be the temporary Chairman.
(5) The provisions of the First Schedule shall apply to the Board.

Keanggotaan Lembaga
(1) Lembaga hendaklah terdiri daripada anggota yang berikut:
(a) Ketua Setiausaha Perbendaharaan, yang hendaklah menjadi Pengerusi;
(b) Peguam Negara atau wakilnya;
(c) Ketua Pengarah Perkhidmatan Awam atau wakilnya;
(ca) ketua pegawai eksekutif;
(d) tidak lebih daripada dua orang lain yang mewakili Kerajaan, yang hendaklah dilantik oleh Menteri;
(da) seseorang yang mewakili Negeri Sabah yang hendaklah dilantik oleh Menteri selepas berunding dengan Ketua Menteri Sabah;
(db) seseorang yang mewakili Negeri Sarawak yang hendaklah dilantik oleh Menteri selepas berunding dengan Premier Sarawak; dan
(e) tidak lebih daripada tiga orang lain yang hendaklah dilantik oleh Menteri.
(2) Anggota yang dilantik di bawah perenggan (1)(da), (db) dan (e) hendaklah daripada kalangan orang yang berkedudukan dan berpengalaman dalam perkara kewangan, komersial, percukaian atau undang-undang.
(3) (Dipotong oleh Akta A997).
(4) Sekiranya Pengerusi tidak hadir atau tidak boleh bertindak disebabkan sakit atau sebab lain, Menteri hendaklah melantik mana-mana anggota Lembaga untuk menjadi Pengerusi sementara.
(5) Peruntukan Jadual Pertama hendaklah terpakai bagi Lembaga.
