Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia Act 1995 s 8
No person shall continue to hold office as a member if he— (a) is convicted of an offence involving fraud, dishonesty or moral turpitude; (b) is of unsound mind or is otherwise incapable of discharging his duties; Laws of Malaysia Act 533 (c) is adjudicated a bankrupt; or (d) absents himself from three consecutive meetings of the Board without leave of the Chairman.
Hilang kelayakan anggota
Tidak seorang pun boleh terus memegang jawatan sebagai anggota jika dia— (a) telah disabitkan atas kesalahan yang melibatkan fraud, kecurangan atau keburukan akhlak; (b) tidak sempurna akal atau selainnya tidak berupaya untuk menunaikan kewajipannya; (c) dihukum bankrap; atau (d) tidak menghadirkan dirinya untuk mesyuarat Lembaga sebanyak tiga kali berturut-turut tanpa kebenaran Pengerusi.
