s 4 Transfer of property
All movable property and assets that immediately before the commencement of this Act were vested in the Fund or in any person on its behalf shall, on the commencement of this Act, be transferred to, and be vested with, KTMB.

Segala harta alih dan aset yang sebelum sahaja permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini telah terletak hak pada Kumpulan Wang atau pada mana-mana orang bagi pihaknya hendaklah, pada permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini, dipindahkan kepada, dan diletakhakkan pada, KTMB.
