s 7 Transfer of depositors’ funds to the Employees Provident Fund
All amounts standing to each depositor’s credit in the Fund that represent contributions to the Fund both by the Malayan Railway Administration as the employer and the depositor since 1 July 1952 together with any dividend, bonus and interest thereon shall be transferred to the Employees Provident Fund established under subsection 24(1) of the Employees Provident Fund Act 1991 [Act 452], and to be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of that Act.

Pemindahan kumpulan wang pendeposit kepada Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja
Segala amaun yang ada pada kredit setiap pendeposit dalam Kumpulan Wang yang merupakan caruman kepada Kumpulan Wang itu oleh kedua-dua Pentadbiran Keretapi Tanah Melayu sebagai majikan dan pendeposit sejak 1 Julai 1952 bersama-sama dengan apaapa dividen, bonus dan bunga di atasnya hendaklah dipindahkan kepada Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja yang ditubuhkan di bawah subseksyen 24(1) Akta Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja 1991 [Akta 452], dan hendaklah diuruskan mengikut peruntukan Akta itu.
