s 18 Borrowing powers
The Lembaga may, with the approval of the Minister and Minister of Finance and upon such terms and conditions and for such period as they may approve, borrow any sums required by the Lembaga for the purposes of this Act.

Lembaga boleh, dengan kelulusan Menteri dan Menteri Kewangan dan atas apa-apa terma dan syarat dan selama apa-apa tempoh yang diluluskan oleh mereka, meminjam apa-apa jumlah wang yang dikehendaki oleh Lembaga bagi maksud Akta ini.
