s 44 Public servants
All members of the Lembaga and of every committee and all officers and servants of the Lembaga shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the Penal Code [Act 574].

Semua anggota Lembaga dan anggota tiap-tiap jawatankuasa dan semua pegawai dan pekhidmat Lembaga hendaklah disifatkan sebagai pekhidmat awam mengikut pengertian Kanun Keseksaan.
