s 55 Transfer of depositor to the Fund

Every person who immediately before the appointed day was a depositor to the Fund set up under section 19 of the repealed Act shall on that date be a depositor to the Fund and subject to all the provisions of this Act relating to depositors to the Fund.

Perpindahan pendeposit dalam Kumpulan Wang

Tiap-tiap orang yang sebaik sebelum hari yang ditetapkan menjadi pendeposit dalam Kumpulan Wang yang ditubuhkan di bawah seksyen 19 Akta yang dimansuhkan hendaklah pada hari itu menjadi pendeposit dalam Kumpulan Wang dan menjadi tertakluk kepada segala peruntukan Akta ini yang berhubungan dengan pendeposit dalam Kumpulan Wang.
