Tabung Haji Act 1995 s 58

s 58 Pending disciplinary proceedings

All disciplinary proceedings which, immediately before the appointed day, were pending against any officer or servant of the Lembaga Urusan dan Tabung Haji may, on or after that date, be continued against the officer or servant under this Act.

Prosiding tatatertib yang belum selesai

Segala prosiding tatatertib yang, sebaik sebelum hari yang ditetapkan, masih belum selesai terhadap mana-mana pegawai atau pekhidmat Lembaga Urusan dan Tabung Haji boleh, pada atau selepas tarikh itu, diteruskan terhadap pegawai atau pekhidmat itu di bawah Akta ini.
