Perbadanan Putrajaya Act 1995 s 13
(1)βWithout prejudice to the other provisions of this Act, the President shall perform such duties as the Minister may, from time to time, determine. (2)βThe Perbadanan may, with the approval of the Minister, delegate to the President all or any of the functions vested in or imposed on the Perbadanan by this Act and any function, power or duty so delegated may be performed, exercised or discharged by the President in the name and on behalf of the Perbadanan.
Presiden
(1) Tanpa menjejaskan peruntukan-peruntukan lain Akta ini, Presiden hendaklah melaksanakan apa-apa tugas yang ditentukan oleh Menteri dari semasa ke semasa. (2) Perbadanan boleh, dengan kelulusan Menteri, mewakilkan kepada Presiden segala atau mana-mana fungsi yang terletak hak pada atau dikenakan ke atas Perbadanan oleh Akta ini dan manamana fungsi, kuasa atau kewajipan yang diwakilkan sedemikian boleh dilaksanakan, dijalankan atau ditunaikan oleh Presiden atas nama dan bagi pihak Perbadanan.
