s 24 Statutory Bodies (Accounts and Annual Reports) Act 1980
The provisions of the Statutory Bodies (Accounts and Annual Reports) Act 1980 [Act 240] shall apply to the Perbadanan and any corporation established under this Act.

Peruntukan-peruntukan Akta Badan Berkanun (Akaun dan Laporan Tahunan) 1980 [Akta 240] adalah terpakai bagi Perbadanan dan mana-mana perbadanan yang ditubuhkan di bawah Akta ini.
