Perbadanan Putrajaya Act 1995 s 35
Any structure plan prepared and approved by the State Planning Committee of the State of Selangor which affects the Federal Territory of Putrajaya before the establishment of the Perbadanan, shall be deemed to be the structure plan of the Federal Territory of Putrajaya as if it was prepared and approved by the Perbadanan. Apa-apa pelan struktur yang disediakan dan diluluskan oleh Jawatankuasa Perancangan Negeri Selangor yang menyentuh Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya sebelum penubuhan Perbadanan, hendaklah disifatkan sebagai pelan struktur Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya seolah-olah pelan itu telah disediakan dan diluluskan oleh Perbadanan.
