s 46 Saving powers of the High Court

Nothing in this Act shall be held to lessen or affect the powers of the Judges of the High Court to direct persons confined in any prison to be brought before the Court under the provisions of Chapter XXXVI of the Criminal Procedure Code. *PART IVA PAROLE
