Prison Act 1995 s 63

s 63 Prison officers subject to disciplinary regulations

(1) All prison officers shall be subject to regulations relating to discipline as may from time to time be made by the Yang di- Pertuan Agong under Clause (2) of Article 132 of the Federal Constitution. (2) For the purpose of this section, any regulations which for the time being are in force shall only have force and effect to the extent they are not in conflict with any regulations referred to under subsection (1).
